The Role:
  • You will be responsible for the data support, distribution to the sales department and organisation of the data.
  • Highlight the most cost effective and efficient programs, based on lead, closing percentages and revenue created.
  • Report on the CRM targeting strategy ie which achieve the highest possible response rate
  • Co-ordinate elements of the e-marketing and advise sales on the activity daily.
  • Monitor email marketing campaigns
  • Distribute leads to individual Best You Advisors weekly, and daily
  • Police the activity of the sales advisor team with regards the progress of each lead from A-Z
  • Support other business marketing activity
  • Work with team members to understand campaign effectiveness
  • Report, request and deliver improvements to our campaigns and sales
  • Use your understanding of CRM best practice to suggest innovative ways of improving our CRM capability
Person required:

Practical Experience:
You will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Educated to degree level with a strong analytical and/or numerical/statistical component
  • Have at least 2 years relevant work experience in a data driven marketing environment
  • Experience of using Campaign Management software, ideally Infusionsoft.
  • Experience of e-marketing and email software such as mailchimp, hubspot, constantcontact, etc.
  • Familiarity with setting up campaign reporting and effectiveness across different channels
  • An understanding in the importance of using transactional data sets to derive and propose different targeting profiles and strategies

Overview
The Event Manager is responsible for the management of The Best You and NLP Life Training’s annual Event Programme: a variety of events including training seminars, afterwork events and two large consumer-trade expositions, working closely with other members of the team including Office Management, Sales, Head of Brand and reporting directly to the CIO. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, is happy to ‘muck in’, is strategic, organised and has a high attention to detail.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage all of The Best You and NLP Life Training events, seminars and expos, including venue sourcing and management, organising suppliers, facilities and participants, etc.
  • Organise regular internal planning meetings to meet and maintain key deadlines and objectives
  • Responsible for strategic planning and ongoing management
  • Accurately manage the delegates, exhibitors, speakers, etc. participant database and all required deliverables to ensure all active and up-to-date
  • Administer the online system on the supplier and delegate side
  • Facilitate online and live registration for all events
  • Engage in all discussions and confirmations with suppliers
  • Support in coordinating suppliers, volunteers, exhibitors, speakers, VIPs, attendees, etc. prior and on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly (this includes placing and track orders, receiving and organise deliveries, etc.)
  • Preparing delegate packs and papers and packing and organising boxes (this includes printing licences and badges, and organise them for each delegate) for all events
  • Work on-site during the buildup, open period and breakdown of all the events, seminars and expos
  • Attend competitive events keep to date with competitor activities
  • Negotiate and execute contra deals with other properties
  • Manage all aspects of the customer service relating to events, seminars and expos
Minimum Education required
  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent
Background
  • 3 to 5 years experience, with at least 2 years of event experience
  • Previous attendance at industry events as either a producer, exhibitor or buyer
