1. Who are you and what you are you about?
I am a medical specialist, author, presenter, NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer. I work as an elite performance coach.
2. Why do you use Twitter?
It is the quickest, easiest, and most effective way to connect with others who share our same interests.
3. Got anything interesting coming up?
I’m looking forward to coaching golfers in Spain & Portugal, including some top tour players. NLP works well with golf and all mind games!
4. Sum up your life in one tweet.
Just living the dream, and have to pinch myself regularly to be sure I’m awake. My work is fun, and I have a strong attitude of gratitude!
5.Why did you get into Personal Development?
By accident, like so many people. I read one of McKenna’s books, and just knew that I wanted to learn more, and then share this with others.
6.Imagine yourself as a child. What one piece of advice would you give yourself?
Keep life simple. People make life far too complicated as they get older. Ignore anybody who talks about the impossible. All is possible!
7. What’s the best thing you’ve ever done?
Developed HIV programmes for mothers and babies in Africa by ignoring all those who delighted in telling me that it was impossible.
8. What would you like to be doing in 10 years?
The same as I’m doing now, but more of it, and with more people who want a better life!
9. Tell us one interesting fact about yourself that we might not know.
When I was at medical school I turned down a job to work with a new unknown band. Police went on to sell 80 million albums without me!
10. Give us a tweet using one of today’s top trending topics.
96 lives were lost at the Hillsborough football stadium disaster 23 years ago today. The beauty of sport is that it unites not divides.
11. Why do you enjoy doing what you do?
Because every day is different. Work helps me to stay in the present, enjoy being in flow, and hopefully remain humble and grounded.
12. What would you like your legacy to be?
That we do not need to be rich, famous, clever, or beautiful to be happy. Also that my clients found this a lot earlier in life than I did!
