1. Who are you and what you are you about?

I’m a full-time author, speaker and mindfulness consultant. I teach mindfulness – how to live in the present moment and enjoy it.

 

2. Got anything interesting coming up?

I’m running a workshop in June with @lifeclubs on ‘Living in Present, Transforming your Future’. Will also be giving a talk on mindfulness and hypnotherapy in October.And I’m also looking forward to flying to Sydney to deliver a keynote lecture on Mindfulness for Joyful Living at a Conference there

 

3. Sum up your life in one tweet

My life in a tweet: ‘Love to laugh, socialise and look deeply at the art of living. I’m a lover of wisdom – that’s true philosophy’

 

4. Why did you get into Personal Development?

I like to get the most out of life. Personal development offers ways to do that. That’s why I love it learning about mysel & others

 

5. Imagine yourself as a child. What one piece of advice would you give yourself?

Advice to myself as a child: ‘Enjoy. Don’t worry about copying others – just being yourself is the coolest thing you can do!’

 

6. What’s the best thing you’ve ever done?

To become a full-time mindfulness teacher and stress-reduction consultant. I LOVE it!

 

7. What would you like to be doing in 10 years?

In 10 years time, I’d like continue what I’m doing. Teaching & coaching others to reduce stress & live deeply in the now. I love it!

 

8. Tell us one interesting fact about yourself that we might not know.

Interesting fact about me: I used to discuss the philosophy of Socrates to 10 year olds in my class and they loved it!

 

9. Why do you enjoy doing what you do?

I enjoy doing what I do because it helps people to be happier & healthier. I love helping others, & in the process I help myself too!

 

10. What would you like your legacy to be?

I’m not interested in creating a legacy. I’m interested in helping to reduce the suffering caused by too much unhelpful thinking
